It is a nice cheap hotel in Apata, Ibadan. I think lots of repairs should be done in the rooms and toilets. The CCTV might need to be cross checked. It has big rooms but no facilities like Wardrobe, water heater, refrigerator, bathtub, no in-house restaurant, no remotes for TV…

The place is serene, there's a hall for moderate party, and a swimming area. Drinks are sold at a moderate price. Their rooms are neat, modern and quite affordable, compared to hotels around.

Don't expect 3 star services. It has big room but no facilities like Wardrobe, water heater, bathtub, no in-house restaurant, etc. Building looks like a renovated apartment locked in the 90s in Ibadan. It's pretty affordable at a decent price.
