I know customer service is poor in Nigeria, Titos has however taken it to another level. Call at anytime, their fried yam sauce is never ready. Called three times between 12noon and 1pm and the guy keeps saying it will take 2 hours to get the sauce ready.

Good service. Although they didn’t have all that’s on the menu. So maybe don’t expect cheese. Delicious shawarmas and and got my order in less than 10 minutes
