A safe haven. Home to the despaired, the heartbroken and heavy-hearted. Special needs mum are most times women with a heavy heart and burden of caring for their kids, but TLCPKL platform has helped ease our burdens in numerous ways. God bless Aunty Tobiloba Ajayi
