Beautiful and serene place away from the noises

This place is peaceful and quiet, it gives you that "away from Lagos hustle" feeling. However I feel its slowly dilapidating, as maintenance is missing. However this place has great prospects.

Serene environment. Good roads, secured environment but has water issues. If you want to enjoy this estate just make am independent borehole. The facility management should do something about rain water flooding living rooms and masters bedrooms in the estate
