The place is cool and calm,but still developing. Not up to standard for now in terms of road network, business activities and social life. Most buildings under construction have been suspended for over five years now due to a feud between the developers and estate authorities.

Lovely estate with a serene ambience. Located along the Lagos-Badagry expressway. Once the ongoing repairs on this international motorway are concluded this area would more than double in its ROI within a space of two to five years.
