The estate is well layed out with an assortment of buildings, ranging from two-bedded room apartments to fully detached duplexes, all situated along well-defined interconnecting streets, and all enclosed by perimeter fencing.
There are large portions of the estate that are yet to be developed, and the road network is still very much in its primitive stage of development, as they are yet to be graded or tarred. There are equally no functional road drain system. The vast greenery dotting the estate provides a beautiful natural landscape.
