The workers don’t pay attention during work and make mistakes that cost a huge loss to their customers and when you report they become reluctant about your complains.

Very poor when it comes to empathy. Exams start very late and there is no waiting place for parents who bring their children to write CBT exams. Parents plead to sit in the sheltered carpark but staff insist that they must stay out in the sun.
