  Busy place, go early if you want them to attend to you on time, they take hours to attend to somebody, if you want to retrieve your line, you only need your nin, or the Sim pack with 500, and also have details of the lost number, like the last time you recharged, and 3numbers you…

  The crew here was warm and helpful when I went to port an old line to their service. I haven't used the service yet so I can't speak on 9mobile in general however, I am please with my service by the kiosk at ECenter. Central and handy.

  Customer service here is very good. They respond to customers speedily and work is well done. I went for registration of my SIM card because it was barred from receiving calls, the registration took less than five minutes and in the next hour my SIM card was back up. Thumbs up…
