It was a complete waste of time and money! Imagine coming for a birthday shoot for your 5 year old, and not a single prop was offered except the flowers the little girl picked by herself. Photos were delayed beyond 48 hours while they kept lying that they've sent the pictures…

The wait time was super short. Passport photo was instantly delivered to my email. Although they were out of photo paper at the time, they scheduled me to return to pick it up, and it was ready by then.
