The uzoiyi Umuodechie road from old Umuahia is the road leading to the Umuodechie ikeohia, this forest is another heritage site in the making, since 500BC it have been fallow basking in wildlife and animals going extinct.

I took my nieces and nephews there for a learning experience and it was interesting. They were excited as they learnt a great lot about Rivers state and Nigeria at large. The museum is managed by the state government and the staff are diligent. The building befits its purpose…
