    I used to be scared of the crowd in front of this bank but after seeing how they adjusted post - covid, I really think they deserve commendation. The long queues are gone. Customers sit under a canopy and are properly spaced in line with Covid-19 social distancing practices. The…

    Service here is poor. Customer service is good. The tellers are over loaded. Waiting period for customer is unacceptable. Waiting for an hour to transfer Stanbic to Stanbic.
