I received the worst service from one of their riders ‘Frosh Olawealth.’ Imagine a rider not stopping at being outrightly rude, but also dishing out warning and threats to a customer. A proper riffraff. A tout!

I was rudely attended to on the phone they need to employ respectful dispatch riders who are a bit trained in customer service else this guys will ruin the business for them, the service is not top notch they can do better
