They marked my package as delivered when it was not delivered to me,the courier did not even call ma and his number has been switched off for over 24 hours. The customer representative in their office does not pick calls. Very poor service.

If I could leave a -5 star review, I would. The courier demanded money before delivering my package, falsely marked it as delivered hours before I received it, and even forged my signature. This is serious misconduct, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Very terrible…

Their drivers don’t want to come to your house. They call you to come pick your item up at a junction and if you don’t show up, they will claim that you were not around

Very poor service. How can my parcel be in Kaduna since 28th of March and today is already 12th of April am yet to receive my parcel. The delivery guy line is always switched off. Like am really angry.
