Good service. But VFS failed in doing nothing about the flooding outside the building that inhibits customers from going to the front from the mandatory back door exit without stepping into water. Or else let people exit via the front gate until the flooding issue is sorted out.

Excellent & helpful staff. There's 2 separate areas to get your visa - general & VIP. You pay extra for VIP, but well worth it. VIP includes free cold drink, tea, coffee, bottle water & snacks. Plus AC room with TV. If you need to make any copies, do so inside as it's far cheaper…
