I was there for a week training (Work and Learn 28.0) the premise is a complete farm settlement. Soilless Farm Lab deals mainly on Soilless farming (hydroponics). They grow bell pepper, habanero pepper, Tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber and other fruity vegetables.
