The estate is now named after the first Civilian governor of Gombe state; Abubakar Habu Hashidu(late). There's a new service apartment in the Estate and it's called Gimbiya Apartment, it's conducive and one of the best in the state. The estate has a functional police station and…

Good access road. Depends on tanker delivery for water. Seems many parts of Gombe is not feasible to dug borehole.
