You have to present a code at the estate gate to go their office, no direct phone line to the lekki hub and their customer care didn’t take my calls till 10minutes later.. waited an hour before i got the code. Never again

My packages was given priority at just verbal plea, i was amazed at the awesome customer service. My friend picked up her package in the U.Sin good condition.

This is poorest service provider I have encountered since I was born. Delayed response all the time and they never take calls. If you are looking at getting prompt services please look elsewhere. This guys are not ready for business
