    This use to be a nice place to view animals, just that it needs urgent government attention in sanitation of the place to avoid spread of infections to visitors!

    Beautiful place. They have a few animals, a park for children to play. However, the animals are put in poor living conditions. The government need to make it a priority and transform the place.

    I was super excited to go visit the Zoo when i heard one was in Maiduguri! There is a Zoo quite alright - a few animals also present. I saw some species of monkeys, bulls, crock's, phyton, buffalo, one elephant, about 6 ostriches and a couple of birds. What saddened my heart…
