One of the shittiest hotels I have ever stayed in Warri. Location is nice, exterior of the facility looks nice until you walk into the rooms, staff is rude and unprofessional, offers bed only for a N25k5.

No pressing iron at the laundry. Could not iron my clothes for the 4 nights I spent there.

We were there for a week and everyday it sucked. All the bathroom were filthy. The first room was ok for a few days untill a wall gecko appeared we immediately chaged rooms. The second room we stayed for only one night because of the flies, cockroaches and mosquitos we changed…

Serene environment,customer care service is amazing. The lounge is a good touch and price is reasonable. In all,it’s good value for money paid. I’d surely come back and recommend to friends anytime I visit Warri.
