The most useless HMO ever. They are never active or available for use, and when you manage to call them they only give you 10k Naira worth of medical expenses. You people are not ready yet

Poor services generally, For every time I come to the hospital I’m never active until I call the customer care before they send a code to the hospital then I would be attended to. This is very very bad
