The personnel was good in general but I did waxing here and they burnt my skin. I earlier complained that the wax was too hot that they should reduce the heat. They insisted that it would get cold and didn’t reduce it. So now I have burns on my skin because they didn’t listen. I…

The massage therapists were all exceptional. All I can say is WORLD CLASS. The staffs are very kind and friendly.
