Very cool housing environment.... formal the point of entries to estate were bad, but all the roads has been fixed and they have stable power supply too.

This is an Estate inhabiting peace loving people. The environment is serene and cool to bring up children. It is located at Trans-Ekulu in Enugu East LGA. The building pattern here is 1 storey building and 99% of houses are built with this pattern. There is light supply, the road…

We recently moved into the estate and I've been happy with what I see so far. I give it 3 stars because they have water problems (can be fixed though) and things are craaaazzy expensive 😩😩. But in general it's a fun place to be in.
