The environment looks fairly good, but the staff lack human management training, no courtesy, very rude, lack manners and are always ready to embarrass guests. Food is also not good. Although guests are allowed to bring in food.

Visited in February 22nd and October 23rd 2024 and I can say the hotel is quiet. It was difficult to get a calm hotel around Auchi in february and this came in handy that is why I visited again in October.

The hotel is too noisy. No good Management. Guests and staff just gist anyhow on top of their voices. The Manager is unable to control them. He joins them to gist, as well. The Management of the hotel need to work on this. People will just gather in front of the main hotel…

Very peaceful location and Well Laid-out Hotel, with Ample space in its foreground. The Staff and management need to buckle up and and hold on to its Number 1 rating in Auchi. It would be hard to get it back once its lost.
