The manager is very rude and from my last visit was very rude to his workers I even tried speaking up for one of the female staff because if the way he insulted her forgetting everyone in life are humans and it's bad I believe the management should address this

The ambience was nice but I'm giving it a 2 star because firstly it took them over 1 hour to bring the food I ordered, secondly, they did not state their opening time.

About the best sharwama in Balyesa. It's located inside a hotel bar. I didn't get a taste of the pizza but it should be good. Note the Jumbo sharwama doesn't wrap well. So I would advice the lesser size.
