Their waiting time is too long plus they don’t have enough capable staffs to handle the plenty people who come for scan. Imagine after payment and having to hold my urine for almost two hours plus before getting attended to.

Results took longer than expected. Chest X-ray staff was passive aggressive with a slight tinge of rude. The receptionist, even though helpful on the day of the test, she wasn't pleasant in her delivery of the result delay.

This place is very OK we'll planned earlier, and till now, manual documentation from reception - 1 star for that, needs lil automation but they are well equipped and knows the job well, thanks anyways for your good service

Receptionist is extremely rude and pompous, unwelcoming and probably sad. Not a good staff to be the first you will see in a place you visit for the first time. You also wait for a considerable time before being attended to. I waited one hour. Pic centre should explain their…
