Refused to refund my money after paying for a service that failed. Won’t recommend this cyber cafe to anyone I know

Zero stars if possible. I bought 49k laptop from her in January 17th 2024. Different from what she advertised. Eventually sold the laptop for 7k 1 month later after small screen fault. I have never seen a bigger scam. Avoid this seller.

Perpetual cyber cafe is located at the main road market 3. It's easily spotted because the building has a lot of designs.
