Not sure who is handling the phones but the customer service has been terrible since November. Can’t get through. Also update your page and time schedule if you’re not open anymore.

Terrible customer experience. I called to confirm for the groomer before leaving the house, I arrived and not only was the gate chained up. There was no groomer. Waste of time
