They lost my parcel which and items worth over £300 and said they’d only refund £35. Who does that? Where are the items? Who took them? You should be ashamed to be so callous and you’re getting what you deserve soon

I’m starting to think your service is a scam. No contact address, no phone number, lies about an attempted delivery which never happened. A 5day express delivery for a very small, practically weightless package at £70 (in this economy)- is non existent. My parcel is nowhere to…
