It's been over a month where I had to cancel an order because I was told they couldn't deliver to my house because they had no dispatch rider to deliver at the time. I've asked for a refund severally and all I keep hearing is that they'll keep working on it. Where is the trust?

I was excited to try this location but was a lit let down. I got the small chops mini platter. The springrolls can be better and the chicken was too small. Overall not a bad pack but can be improved. The packaging is really nice ans sturdy to mainyain temperature for a while
