An affordable residential area. More or less a community and the people around are very friendly. The roads are not fantastic during the raining season though.

Flooding had been a very critical problem for years now. Up till date they've not fixed or improve in any way. Repair the damage road and construct drainage system along the road. It's very very bad there.
