The apartments here are very spacious and beautiful. I did network installation for a client living there and I got to view the apartment. The compound has a pool and basketball court but it needs to be repainted and maintained.

Well to me the location is probably in the best location for business but the Estate it self is not up to it stander because the house is well polished and no any effort of renovation so to me that's why am giving it three Star's, but I believe it will be renovated sooner or…

It is a really peaceful place with a couple of Apartments in a block . Most of the house have a view of the major road. It has easy access to transport and has a swimming pool in the premises.

Properly spaced, condominium design, fully occupied and neat. Security is also great. I was here to visit a friend and it was as expected considering where it sits close to Freedom Way. There is usually incoming traffic in this area.

Good location. Nice environment. Structures could do with better facade. Estate probably built ahead of its time so more upscale estates and structures have taken the shine off it. Good candidate for a developer willing to turn around the looks and ambience.
