The environment is dusty and noisy, and the building is too outdated to be considered a state library. It lacks modern facilities, and the presence of both corps members and SIWES students further contributes to distractions."

It is a nice place and good for reading. You only need a thousand naira for subscription for a year and with free wi-fi too🤗🤗🥴 Although watch out for the road there

It is cool visiting this library today. Good and serene environment. If coming through public transport from Mokola, It is best to take a cab to G Allen, locate Cocoa dome. The library is somewhat opposite Cocoa dome.
