This is a historical site of great significance during the Biafra war. Gen. Ojukwu lived in this wonderful underground bunker constructed within 90days by the Biafrans. It was a worthwhile visit. You're not allowed to take photos inside.

The experience was revealing and enjoyable. The tour guide was charming and warm. I observed the offices upstairs are in deplorable conditions as the roof has given in at the centre, requiring urgent attention and restoration ASAP.
