Their customer service especially the one in Uyo is the worst thing you can communicate to as a customer, they won't even like to talk to you, they won't tell you if your item has left their store, and most times won't pick their calls.

Please on the job training should be carried out on most of the staffs, especially courier service department. Extremely saucy and uncouth. I have never experienced such. Apart from that drivers are the best..... Kindly do something about the courier department.
