    It took a while before they responded to me, Package took longer than was said to arrive with one of my bags damaged and yet they were still asking for a tip. The only good thing was the price of e-commerce, it was fair.

    The service delivery is becoming worse every day. From very recent experiences with them, they no longer enter their logs online for priority parcel delivery which was a necessity for parcel tracking. They also no longer deliver mails to homes on time. They only deliver mails…
