Nexgen provides quality automotive service. Their working environment is great, and I like the fact that they do a detailed assessment of the vehicle before commencing repairs. Their technicians/engineers are professionals.

Terrible service. Wasted over a week. Spent the whole time chasing them for daily updates. Wasted over 100k on unnecessary fixes. I still had to tow my car out of the place . Did I mention they have a nice lounge. One star for that I guess
