No one should blame the members of staff. If the commission was well funded, equipped with state of the art computers system, service delivery would be top notch. Don't blame them, blame the top management.

Time wasting and highly disorganised. No properly customer service. You'll have to fuel their generator when it runs out of fuel. Unkept environment and even hard to locate
