The guide was misleading, it says they close at 8pm. I drove 23km, got there at 5:23pm and they were closed. It’s almost like luring people to get here to buy black market.

Today is my first time in this Maitama office but the sentiment is too much, the customer care people like to attend to the rich people or should I say people that package themselves first before any other people which is very wrong and I don't think to visit that office again…
