Very busy place. Went to retrieve my old SIM card and was told it wasn’t possible after I was ignored for a long time and others who came after me were being attended to

A great place to solve all MTN related problems. But the crowd outside the office waiting to be attended to was something else. I think the office should be expanded to accommodate more workers to facilitate speedy resolution of issues by customer service.
