They are generally unhelpful and inefficient. Delays seem to be the norm, and although they appear busy, not much actually gets done. Just a heads-up—if you go there with an HMO plan, they may try to persuade you to pay out of pocket instead. Useless bunch.

You get delayed unnecessarily and they attend to you like they are doing you a favour. Lastly, ensure not to trust their consultations when it comes to advising you on medication to take. Best to get your prescription from a medical doctor.
