My experience has been amazing at MedicPlus until recent when I had a not so good experience with the gynaecologist. He was so dimisive that I don't feel too comfortable to express myself. Apart from that, their service has been top-notch.

I received the poorest service ever, the nurses are very mean and rude. I came here with a severe headache and I wasn't attended till 3hours later and there was so much noise for an hospital. The nurses are very rude and non- empathetic.
