Excellent service right from the entrance to exit. Atmosphere is cozy, and you will find almost anything you need there. Queue can be long sometimes especially on weekend evenings and festive seasons.

Their service is very poor. On the 19/12/25 their sales attendants Glory George at University of port Harcourt junction branch added additional cost on my item, which is very bad and unprofessional.

I bought a rollon from there, only for me to get home and opened it and there was no ball inside. I went to complain, and their useless manager told me that there's no way that there'll be a rollon without ball in their store, that they'd have noticed it. I showed them my bank…
