Local atmosphere under trees!! Cold drinks, a modest assortment of food and small chops. Chill environment. Quite safe too.

It's quite a popular and well-known place for cheap beer and local cuisine. If aesthetics is what you look for in a chilling/relaxation spot, you won't get it here, but what they do have are trees and fresh air.
