The gym is more an aerobics focused gym. A few gym equipment, but it gets the job done. The tennis court is good enough for tennis enthusiasts. Swimming pool is not in use currently. Overall a great fitness center, but a renovation is long overdue.

I good place for swimming. Though very old, but owners doing good job keeping it running clean and well. Area very clean too.

Awesome place to be. Very Serene and beautiful. There are two concrete lawn Tennis courts. I love the ambience the compound also house SIL and NBTT.

The routines are really effective, the instructors are friendly, the sessions are really engaging and interesting. This place is good for early risers and not so early risers. They run two aerobic sessions on week days and one on Saturday. The equipment are also well maintained.
