I see so many good reviews from years back. But its nothing compared to the embarrassing situation I encountered. The staffs are terrible mostly the fair mannerless lady. Luciano should do better with staffs if they plan on staying up top Just been honest

Luciano is quite a decent place to stay in Benin city. The rooms are cozy and the staff are very courteous. The only issue I have is the presence of funny looking guys who patronise the bar there. However, the place is safe. All in all I would recommend a stay here.
