  Not a good first time experience. Bus left 2 hours late. Bus stopped at Asaba for 2 hours. I finished my trip by ordering a cab off the inDrive App to get to Awka. I won’t bother using Libra Motors again. Tried it once, left a bad taste in my mouth.

  Though this transport line has great busses that has AC, they need to do better with their customer care and the type of drivers they have. Customer care is so poor in both Benin City and Ajah terminal.

  Terrible, terrible customer service. Staff at the park act like they are quarreling with passengers. The driver? Worse, very sarcastic. The bus had a terrible stench all through the journey. Get an alternative if you can.
