It was formerly acres of arable farm land until real estate companies bought the land and the most of the sand have being sold with the farmers losing their farms and estate being built, but it's a promising urban hub if developed efficiently

I am a consultant with Pertinence, the estate is on 💯 dry land, the title on the property is C of O so your investment is secure. The estate just before it is already being developed as you see in the pictures. It's a buy and build land.
