This is a historic place, where the Lander brothers actually anchored, died and where buried alongside some of their colleagues, it's a tourist point at Asaba not too distant from the Mongo Park's house. The air here is fresh, being by the side of the river Niger, with a sit-out…

It's a nice place to relax and learn about the history of the Lander Brothers, Mungo Park and exploration of the Niger River. Be weary of the Old man who asks you to pay money to enter. He's just looking for a bribe and he holds no threat.

It is beautiful with average maintenance. I expect more activities asides the bar with clueless employees. A bit more publicity will do the place good as it seems as though no one can be bothered to look at the history boat and man-made beach within the premises.
