Good trainers, the friday dance class is so much fun. The HIIT class hold Mondays & Friday, if you are not ready, dont just go there to die😄

Really cool place to work out and burn those calories. The people there are close knit and friendly and they welcome new visitors with their workout routines. I go there on Fridays for a 1 hr session of dance Aerobics and I have so much fun while keeping fit.
