Very affordable. Some of rooms are without AC, fan, TV and proper shower system.

Their rooms need lot of rework. Cockroaches strolling all over the floor, damp and peeled walls, light are turned off at night, amongst other issues.

The rooms are quite spacious but some things don't work in them, like the hot water and ac asides that, it was an okay stay

Still a work in progress but I believe when completed, it would be an amazing location to spend some time. The reception needs to up their game...did I tell you about the Lounge/club? Crazy place with the maddest hype man.
